He’s been in the adventure angling industry since 1970.
He’s the author of seven fly fishing books. Tying Furled Flies was awarded “Book of the Year Award 2008” from the Outdoor Writer’s Association of California. He also writes and photographs for both international and regional publications in the outdoor industry.
Ken’s extensive field experience spans the globe; from the highest peaks in Tibet and the Himalaya, to the remote wilderness regions of Asia, New Zealand, Mexico, Europe, and North America. From panfish to roosterfish, he’s caught over ninety different species of fresh and saltwater gamefish.
