X Marks the Bone Fish
Dear Angler Sport Group,
Here is a pic of Sheila with a nice Los Roques Bone. This fish was caught in a 5wt setup… and when we go light, we always need the sticking power of the X-Points. Great hooks! We use nothing else!

Siberian Tiger Fly
Meet the Alec Jackson Spey hook
Hi folks. Just a quick note to say how much I enjoy tying with Daiichi hooks. Most of my experience with them has been on Alec Jackson Spey hooks, but I`ve also been given a few trout hooks to try as well. I tie a quite a few exibition patterns, most of which are donated for fundraisers for conservation organizations. The picture I`m attaching is one of my original patterns, the Tiger Eye Spey, tied on a 1.5 AJ spey hook. The body is Siberian Tiger underfur, from a friends’ tigers’ grooming. The original was sent to my good friend who supplied the tiger fur, Keith Dyer, in British Colombia. Hope you like the fly. Oh yeah, I`ll attach the Durham Ranger on a 3/0 I did too.

Pike Dances a Daiichi Jig!
Take a look at our new 4640 jig hook!. Here’s another one!
Pat Saloky wrote us: I was recently fishing for panfish. This large pike hit and I caught it on Daiichi size 8 jig hook. These seem to be very strong jig hooks and they stay sharp longer than other jig hooks I have tried.
Oregon Rainbow Yields to Daiichi
Larry Kaster sent us the following photo and comments on a pretty Rainbow.
Hi Bill,
It was a good thing I tied this wooly bugger on a Diachii hook or we would never have landed him. This rainbow trout was caught and released by my friend Bob on an unnamed stream in central Oregon this past weekend. Thanks for supporting my tying classes and I will be using this photo to promote your hooks.
Larry Kaster
Hey Larry, what do we have to do to find out the name of that stream!?
Meet Mike Backry and See Why He Likes Daiichi
Hi- Just reviewed your website/info. Will be contacting you this week regarding registering & ordering in bulk the Xpoint series of the Daiichi hooks for my fly tying. I am looking at buying several sizes in 1000 packs for my bulk tying. I would rather use these than any other cheaper/inexpensive grade because everyone who buys my flies would much rather, including myself, have one of the hooks in a trophy upstate NY fish even after losing a hundred prior to hooking one. You wouldn`t believe the size kings, browns and steelies and rainbows I have landed on these, even in the smallest sizes. Look forward to talking with you.
